Edinburgh Christadelphian Church

Wheel Chair Users
Our building dates from 1790, but we have a portable ramp to assist with the steps into the building. Once inside, everything is on the level, and there is a disabled toilet.
Coming by Bus or Tram
There is a bus stop just a few yards/metres from our front door. Just be careful when getting off the bus, as you have to cross a cycle lane to get onto the pavement.

The trams are now running past our church. The nearest tram stop is either at Picardy Place (a short walk downhill) or McDonald Road (another short walk, but slightly uphill).

Coming by Train
Edinburgh Waverley Station is just up the road. Using the Calton Road exit from the station turn left under the bridge. When you reach Leith Street, turn right down the hill, past Starbucks and the Omni Centre. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing at the Playhouse Theatre, and continue down the road. The church is on your left, just after the bus stop.
Coming by Car
Gayfield Place is in a controlled parking zone, but all day Sunday and all evenings from 6.30pm parking is available without charge. There is no parking even for blue badge holders on Gayfield Place; try Gayfield Square, Elm Row (opposite Gayfield Place) or one of the side streets. The spaces reserved for “Permit Holders Only” in Gayfield Square may be used without charge on Sundays. Note that the streets nearer the city centre are in a different zone, and have chargeable parking from 12.30pm on a Sunday.

We are not in the Low Emission Zone, but you may, depending on your route, enter it before arriving.
Coming by Bike
There are plenty of railings outside - but why not bring your bike inside, for extra security and convenience?
